Leif Anderberg, BMW CCA member #154, has been an avid supporter of BMW since the purchase of his first 2002 in 1969. His fascination soon transitioned into a full on love affair with this great marque. Leif's automotive schooling began in 1969 as well at Schneider Motors then BMW dealer in Anaheim, California.

In 1986 Leif opened his own business, M Sport tuning. This successful enterprise became the stopping point for many Southern California BMW enthusiasts. At M Sport, BMW chatter abounded and the unique quality of being a BMW owner was reinforced by the camaraderie shared by all. However, after 11 years he decided to move on from his enterprise and enter another facet of the BMW world. Leif became the Customer Relations/Service Advisor for Shelly BMW. He remained with them until his re retirement at the end on 1997, last year.

Leif's retirement did not last long. In June of this year, 1998, he joined 2002AD as the Tech Advisor and Restoration Consultant. In addition to these responsibilities, Leif continues as the editor of the BMWCCA Los Angeles chapter's newsletter. He also organizes the Laguna Seca Driving School Program for the BMW Club. A final aspect to Leif's array of talents in his extensive collection, over 4000, of BMW models in a variety of scales. Additionally, and as in not enough, Leif is in the process of restoring a 1974 2002 Tii Baur Cabrio.
